由于CNC加工中心其是采用軟件進行鎖住的,在模拟加工時,當按下自動運行按鈕時在模拟界面并不能直觀地看到機床是否已鎖住。模拟時往往又沒有對刀,如果機床沒有鎖住運行,極易發生撞刀。所以在模拟加工前應到運行界面确認一下機床是否鎖住。加工時忘記關閉空運行開關。由于在程序模拟時,為了節省時間常常将空運行開關打開。空運行指的是機床所有運動軸均以G00的速度運行。
